Position Overview
As an IT-Security Specialist (m|w|d) at the IT Center, you will collaborate closely with the Information Security Officer to establish a robust Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and security of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administering security-critical IT solutions, including firewalls.
- Participating in IT security projects such as network segmentation and the implementation of a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
- Analyzing and assessing IT security incidents while monitoring the threat landscape.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a completed IT apprenticeship with several years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in the field of IT security.
- Desirable knowledge of ISMS and experience in the administration and design of IT security components.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, a service-oriented approach, and an independent work style.
- A pronounced hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
Work Environment
This position offers flexible working hours and the possibility of part-time employment. The remuneration is based on public service regulations.
