About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversational UX Designer to join our NLP/AI Team at IU International University. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing innovative conversational interfaces that revolutionize the education landscape.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop prototypes, MVPs, and final products for conversational UI design principles
  • Lead multiple projects from strategy to launch with a strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement conversational interfaces
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in conversational UI design
  • Contribute to the development of our NLP/AI solutions using GPT-4 and natural language processing
Your Profile
  • Expertise in designing innovative interfaces for learners across mobile, web, speaking assistants, and VR
  • Prior experience with conversational UI design and NLP applications
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven design practices
  • Experience with front-end programming is a bonus
  • Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools
  • Fluent in both German and English
