Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n ambitionierte/n und leidenschaftliche/n IT (Key) Account Manager:in – Government & Public Sector / Bundesbehörden (m / w / d) – bundesweit, der/dem die folgenden Aufgaben übertragen werden:
HauptherausforderungenDie langfristige Betreuung eines fest zugeordneten Kundenkreises im Bereich der Bundesbehörden sowie der kontinuierliche Ausbau dieser und die strategische Vorbereitung, die Angebotssteuerung und die Verantwortung von komplexen Rahmenvertragsausschreibungen.
Aufgaben- Strategische Vermarktung unserer Portfolios NTT DATA, insbesondere in den Bereichen Network, Infrastructure, System Integration, Cyber Security, Unified Collaboration, Data Center & (Multi) Cloud, abgestimmt auf die strategischen Kunden im Umfeld der Bundesbehörden.
- Entwicklung unserer vorhandenen Bundes-Kunden weiter wie auch das Partnernetzwerk und Gewinnung von neuen Rahmenverträgen für unser vertriebliches "Bund-Team".
- Identifizierung von Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bund.
- Vertrieb von lösungsorientierten Dienstleistungen und Produkten führender IT-Hersteller (z.B. Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto).
- Erarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen und Präsentation dieser Konzepte im Team beim Kunden.
- Erhöhung des Bekanntheitsgrades der NTT DATA im Public Sector (z.B. durch Kundenveranstaltungen, Innovations-Workshops, Messen, Kongresse).
- Positionierung von NTT DATA als zuverlässiger Berater und direkter Ansprechpartner für eine sichere, agile und vielseitige IT-Landschaft und Partner der Digitalisierung für die öffentliche Hand.
- Kaufmännische bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Hintergrund.
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Public-Umfeld, idealerweise in den Bereichen Netzwerklösungen, Unified Communications, Data Center, IT Security oder Converged Colloaboration.
- Gutes Kontaktnetzwerk im Bereich der Bundesbehörden und/oder dem Verteidigungsumfeld.
- Erfahrungen im Bereich des öffentlichen Vergaberechtes sowie mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungsverfahren.
- Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Verhandlungsgeschick und eine hohe Termintreue.
- Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach SÜG.
- Sicherer Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und mit komplexen Kalkulationen, idealerweise auch sicherer Umgang mit
- Fundierte und sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse.
- Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ist ein must have
- Nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft.
