Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Handler to join our team. As an Equipment Handler, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging airline equipment according to customer guidelines, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and loaded onto aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Preparation and Packaging: Prepare and properly package airline equipment, including porcelain, cutlery, glasses, and other items, according to customer guidelines.
- Stocking and Loading: Stock trays and trolleys as per airline instructions and ensure that all items are properly loaded onto aircraft.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality and quantity control of loading based on loading lists to ensure that all items are accurately accounted for.
- Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to prescribed safety standards and ensure that all equipment is handled and stored in a clean and hygienic manner.
Requirements
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in related fields is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: A very meticulous and conscientious work style, able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Responsibility and Quality Awareness: A sense of responsibility and quality awareness, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Reliability and Honesty: A reliable and honest individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to integrity.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: A high engagement, hands-on mentality, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Service Orientation: A service-oriented individual with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Good German and/or English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Criminal Record: A clean criminal record, preferably with a reliability check under the Aviation Act.
