We are looking for a seasoned front-end developer with a passion for React and UI/UX excellence to lead the way in defining and implementing front-end development standards and best practices. As Senior Frontend Developer, you will ensure compliance with UI/UX guidelines, optimize performance, and mentor developers to elevate their skills.
Your Key Responsibilities- Define and implement front-end development standards and best practices for React.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UI/UX guidelines, performance optimization, and other relevant standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other frontend developers in the team.
- Train and mentor junior and mid-level developers to deepen their understanding of React and improve their skills.
- Participate in solving complex technical frontend challenges through coding and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business goals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in front-end development with React, ideally in an enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of React specifications and experience in developing and optimizing engaging user interfaces.
- Proven experience in defining UI/UX standards, performance optimization, and best practices for React.
- Excellent skills in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Experience in training and mentoring front-end developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in the front-end space.
- Team player and good communication skills to work effectively with other teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, including in an agile environment.
