Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Analyst für unseren Bereich Versicherungstechnik Komposit. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie sich auf die Implementierung von Produkten, Tarifen und Funktionalitäten in unsere technische Infrastruktur konzentrieren.

Aufgaben
  • Erstellung fachlicher Anforderungen zur Implementierung von Produkten, Tarifen und Funktionalitäten
  • Bedienung der Bestandsführungssysteme, deren Umsysteme und Arbeit an neuen Anforderungen für die Digitalisierung
  • Konzipierung der Tests zur Freigabe der Anwendungen und Durchführung dieser selbstständig
  • Betreuung der Fachabteilungen bei IT-Fragestellungen und bei der Einführung technischer Neuerungen oder Veränderungen
  • Nahme von Fehlermeldungen und Änderungswünschen der Fachabteilungen und Vorbereitung dieser zur Weitergabe an die Ansprechpartner der betroffenen Systeme
  • Arbeit in Projekten mit, ggf. als Fachkoordinator oder Projektleiter
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche, idealerweise im Bereich Komposit oder in der IT
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für technische Fragestellungen sowie eine zuverlässige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denk- und Urteilsvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit zu systematischem und strukturiertem Vorgehen
  • Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Anforderungsdefinitionen und fachlichen Tests und Freude am Umgang mit Daten und Datenbanken
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, Engagement, Belastbarkeit sowie hohe Einsatz- und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft
