Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and geriatric patients. You will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services, including individualized therapy plans, documentation, and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy services to patients with various conditions, including physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
- State-recognized degree in Physiotherapy.
- Proven experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
