Deine Rolle als Data Insights Specialist
Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge zu erfassen und in aussagekräftige KPIs zu übersetzen? Du bist motiviert, tief in Daten einzutauchen und strategische Entscheidungen zu unterstützen? Dann bist du in unserem Team genau richtig.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • In deiner Schlüsselposition bist du verantwortlich für die präzise Erstellung von BI-Reports und -Analysen.
  • Du bereitest Rohdaten mithilfe von Spark, Python und verschiedenen Datenbanken auf und überführst diese mittels SQL in aussagekräftige Reports, um datengestützte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.
  • Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit internen Teams und behördlichen Stellen, um projektbezogene Anforderungen zu erfassen und Rückfragen zu Reports zu klären.
  • Ein wesentlicher Teil deiner Arbeit besteht in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Finanzteam, für das du monatlich präzise Finanzreports erstellst, die als Grundlage für die Buchhaltung dienen.
  • Du kümmerst dich um regelmäßige Exporte an Behörden, die mit branchenspezifischen Lizenzen in Verbindung stehen.
  • Du pflegst bestehende Reports, Exporte und Dashboards und aktualisierst diese bei sich ändernden Anforderungen.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Akademischer Hintergrund: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder im Finanzbereich.
  • Erfahrung und Kenntnisse:
    • Praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von (Finanz-)Analysen unter Verwendung von SQL und Python.
    • Vertrautheit mit Notebook-Tools wie Zeppelin oder Databricks, erworben durch berufliche Tätigkeiten, Praktika oder akademische Projekte.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du kannst komplexe Fragestellungen in Teilprobleme zerlegen und systematische Lösungen erarbeiten.
  • Präzision: Deine Reports sind die Grundlage für geschäftsrelevante Analysen, daher ist eine verantwortungsvolle und genaue Arbeitsweise unerlässlich.
  • Teamgeist: In deiner Schnittstellenposition zu verschiedenen Teams ist eine kooperative Art von Vorteil.
  • Effizienz: Du findest Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung deiner Arbeit und hast neue Technologien im Blick.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, um mit Kollegen und internationalen Behörden zu kommunizieren.

Unsere Arbeitsweise
Bei agido arbeiten wir agil mit dem Projektmanagement-Tool "ClickUp". Wir bieten die Möglichkeit, bis zu zwei Tage pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten, während der Rest der Zeit im Büro stattfindet. Meetings finden sowohl im Büro als auch virtuell statt, je nach Bedarf und Projekt.
