Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage import/export orders for our clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Communicate effectively with our national and international agents, carriers, and partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Process and respond to client inquiries, creating tailored solutions and proposals.
- Prepare and issue necessary transportation documents and customs clearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Requirements
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Alternatively, candidates with relevant experience in the logistics industry, particularly in air/sea freight, are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
