Technical Asset Manager

We're looking for a skilled Technical Asset Manager (m/w/d) to support our client in 04129 Leipzig.


Full-time/ Shift work/ 5-day week/ from €17.00/hour

Your tasks:
  • Member and tenant care in all technical aspects
  • Quality control and management of service providers and craftsmen
  • Independent preparation, assignment, and processing of repair orders
  • Control of traffic safety
  • Announcement of construction measures to tenants/members
Your profile:
  • A completed technical education or equivalent
  • Professional experience in a comparable position, as well as knowledge of the ERP system WODIS, is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of commerce and technical expertise
  • You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented, and value a positive appearance
  • You have secure IT knowledge, including tablet PCs
  • Service orientation, team ability, and sense of responsibility are central values in our company culture
  • Driving license (B) for the use of our company vehicles
