Job Opportunity: Deputy Director of Nursing Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director of Nursing Care to join our team at advita Pflegedienst. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to provide person-centered care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements
