Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Employee to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our land transportation department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable transportation of our customers' goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile packaging documents with customers and partners
  • Post invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
  • Manage and respond to incoming correspondence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
  • Initial experience in freight forwarding is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills
