- As a member of the Property Operations team within the IT department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the SAP PM module, including mobile applications such as SAP Fiori.
- You will assist in the digitalization and optimization of technical and commercial facility management processes as part of the upcoming CAFM initiative.
- Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements from various business units, designing appropriate solutions in line with our strategic roadmap, and preparing decision-making documents.
- You will manage customizations, oversee and test the implementation carried out by our developers, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Additionally, you will provide support to users during maintenance processes.
- A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Facility Management, or relevant practical experience.
- Proven experience in processes and system solutions addressing typical facility management needs.
- Familiarity with the application and customization of SAP PM or similar CAFM systems.
- Knowledge of Fiori and the integration of SAP PM with other modules (e.g., SAP MM, PS, RE-FX) would be beneficial.
