Job Title: Building and Infrastructure Assistant

At medneo GmbH, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Building and Infrastructure Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, construction, and maintenance, and has a strong interest in project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Building and Infrastructure department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and documenting ongoing projects and maintenance measures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Verify and document maintenance services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure operational processes run smoothly, and assist in creating performance specifications.
  • Update and document construction projects accurately, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

Requirements

Why You're a Good Fit

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Facility Management.
  • Strong communication skills, with a high level of customer orientation and IT affinity.
  • Independent work ethic, with the ability to think critically and suggest improvements.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, and fluency in German (C2) and good English skills (B2).
  • Driver's license desirable but not mandatory.
