We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for administering and developing the ServiceNow platform for our Customer Service Management department.

• Administer the ServiceNow platform for the Customer Service Management department
• Develop and maintain automated workflows on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules
• Collaborate with external service providers
• Develop business process analysis and implementation plans

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in developing business applications, data models, and APIs
• Experience in administering and developing the ServiceNow platform
• Agile project management experience is a plus
• Proficient in German and English languages
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
