- Develop and implement targeted campaigns to enhance VDI's visibility.
- Manage and execute cross-media marketing and communication strategies aligned with our objectives.
- Research, conceptualize, and produce audience-specific and channel-appropriate content (including texts, images, videos, presentations, and product materials) for multimedia use.
- Contribute to the creation of audience-relevant and SEO-optimized texts (for newsletters, landing pages, brochures, etc.).
- Ensure quality control and maintenance of content across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs to identify optimal strategies for improving targeted campaign management.
- Collaborate with the team to implement VDI's communication and marketing measures across channels, enhance existing communication channels, and potentially establish new formats/channels.
- A completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience in marketing and communication within companies, NGOs, or communication consultancies, with a strong network.
- Experience in executing marketing and/or communication campaigns.
- Strong creative skills in marketing, communication, and writing, with a keen sense for storytelling.
- Proficient in digital organizational and publishing tools.
- Independent work style with a high degree of initiative.
- A team player who enjoys cross-departmental collaboration.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
