Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement hardware systems for avionics and space electronics, focusing on digital technology.
  • Define quality, production, and logistics specifications for hardware that meets market demands.
  • Develop and enhance test systems for avionics components and devices.
  • Optimize automated testing procedures to improve operational efficiency and precision.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and tools in hardware development, integrating them into designs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create detailed design specifications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate testing into the product development process.
  • Conduct hardware testing and manage the release process in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Revise hardware modules based on functional or component changes.
  • Adapt existing hardware systems to meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Generate maintenance and documentation specifications for hardware modules and software applications.
  • Develop automated test scripts to accurately evaluate avionics equipment functionality.
  • Create comprehensive testing strategies to ensure thorough coverage of electronic systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital hardware or embedded systems.
  • Eligibility for NATO or EU citizenship due to the nature of classified projects.
  • Proven experience in all phases of project life cycles, from requirements gathering to completion.
  • Strong background in hardware design and a solid understanding of complex electronic circuits.
  • Familiarity with avionics BUS communication interfaces.
  • Proficient in writing and understanding software code for test automation (e.g., C, C++, Python).
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate options, and devise effective solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Fluent in English.
