We are seeking a talented Machine Operator (m/f/d) for our client in a direct employment role. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and managing production machinery in accordance with established guidelines
• Ensuring product quality and taking corrective actions when necessary
• Documenting production interruptions, machine downtimes, and operational parameters
• Independently adjusting the production line for product variations and resuming operations
• Utilizing production-related software on all operational computers
• Overseeing a team of up to seven individuals within your designated area, reporting to the Shift Supervisor
