Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Gymnastics Instructor who is passionate about promoting physical fitness and well-being through various disciplines. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of gymnastics, fitness, and dance, along with a strong foundation in sports theory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physical Training: Conduct classes in gymnastics and bodybuilding, including both equipment-based and bodyweight exercises. Facilitate fitness sessions such as Step-Aerobics, Kickboxing, and Floor Work.
  • Dance Instruction: Teach various dance styles including HipHop, Jazz, Modern Dance, House-Dance, and Folklore.
  • Rhythmic Activities: Lead sessions in body percussion, stick dance, and drumming.
Theoretical Knowledge

In addition to practical training, the instructor will cover essential theoretical subjects:

  • Sports Biology: Anatomy, Physiology, and Sports Medicine.
  • Exercise Science: Training theory, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, and sports didactics.
  • Management: Understanding of sports management, law, and history.
  • Literature and Music: General knowledge in German literature and music theory.
Elective Specializations

Instructors will also have the opportunity to specialize in:

  • Health and Wellness: Topics such as prevention, rehabilitation, yoga, Pilates, and wellness massage.
  • Sports and Leisure: Activities including swimming, volleyball, basketball, handball, gymnastics, athletics, badminton, and climbing.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Completed secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
  • A medical certificate confirming physical fitness for sports activities.
  • Successful completion of an aptitude assessment.
