As a full-time staff member, you will build a direct working relationship with the healthcare organization, bypassing temporary staffing agencies. Care PersonalManagement will assist you in connecting with the employer, guiding you through all necessary steps until your contract is finalized. Our consulting services are complimentary.

• Delivering tailored care based on individual patient needs
• Documenting and planning nursing interventions
• Implementing quality assurance protocols
• Collaborating effectively with medical teams
• Facilitating patient admission and discharge processes
• Coordinating and overseeing medical treatments and therapies
• Working in close partnership with all members of the therapeutic team

• Completed education as a registered nurse in elderly care or general healthcare
• Relevant experience and specialized training in the specific area are advantageous but not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and develop solutions
