Operations Manager for Retail Solutions

We are seeking a proactive and committed professional to take on the role of Operations Manager at OMS Inventuren GmbH. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Enhancement: Collaborate with your operations team to continually refine processes for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership in Projects: Steer your projects and facilitate the creation and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination for project success.
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the retail sector is beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
