Position Overview

Are you looking to elevate your professional journey? We are currently in search of a Quotation & Tender Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Sales and Operations team at Hitachi Energy Czech Republic S.R.O.

As a Quotation & Tender Analyst, you will be integral to our project development process. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare competitive bids, estimates, and quotations for our state-of-the-art Grid Edge Solutions. Collaboration with our internal teams and external partners will be essential to ensure we deliver optimal solutions tailored to our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop bids that comply with Hitachi Energy's guidelines and our Grid Edge Solutions offerings, ensuring efficient and cost-effective proposals.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to guarantee timely and precise tender documentation.
  • Oversee all facets of the bidding process, including technical, financial, and risk assessments, upholding Hitachi Energy standards.
  • Identify potential suppliers and monitor market trends in partnership with our Supply Chain team.
  • Provide technical assistance during client meetings.
  • Address risks in bids and contracts, leading the Risk Review process.
  • Cultivate positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze and report on tender results to foster continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, ideally in engineering.
  • Proficiency in the local language is essential.
  • A few years of pertinent experience in estimations and tendering, preferably in related sectors.
  • Familiarity with systems and solutions in the renewable energy and energy storage industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused mindset, along with strong communication skills.
