As a Senior Professional Export Control and Customs (f/m/d), you will play a crucial role in our global Legal & Compliance team, utilizing your analytical and monitoring skills to ensure the success of our business unit.
Your responsibilities include:
- Utilizing your expertise in export control and customs to conduct regular reviews and monitoring activities across our global organization, identifying potential risk areas and implementing corrective measures to maintain compliance.
- Analyzing and monitoring risks associated with Export Control Compliance (ECC) in line with established Risk and Internal Control (RIC) monitoring requirements.
- Enforcing the Internal Control Program (ICP) and developing strategies to ensure adherence to ICP and local regulations.
- Conducting internal audits in accordance with ECC requirements, analyzing results, and generating necessary actions within the ECC Management Information Analysis (MIA) tool.
- Overseeing the implementation of remediation actions to address identified deficiencies.
- Developing methods and standards in the area of reviews to support the global ECC organization.
- Ensuring the implementation of standardized export and customs processes, tailored to specific business needs.
- Managing projects related to the development and implementation of internal review and monitoring tools, providing functional and technical support for future change requests, and offering administration and business support.
Your qualifications and experience:
- A university degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in export control, customs management, and compliance.
- Additional auditing experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP.
- We welcome applications from candidates with significant professional experience and further qualifications in this field, even if they do not hold a degree.

- Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
