Exciting Opportunity in Chemical Manufacturing


Sonatec Global Recruitment is proud to partner with an international Chemical Manufacturing company in seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Manager for their Marl, Germany location.


This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring all laboratory activities are conducted safely and in accordance with best practices. The successful candidate will engage with R&D, production, and quality control teams, providing strong leadership and guidance.


Requirements:


  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (or related field)
  • Proven working experience in the Chemical industry
  • Leadership and management experience in laboratory settings
  • Strong safety protocols and regulatory compliance expertise
  • Equipment maintenance and inventory management skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills
