Senior Legal Counsel

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Rechtsexperten, der Teil unseres Legal Departments wird und der Geschäftsführung, dem Head of Legal und unseren Abteilungen bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen beratend und unterstützend zur Seite steht.
Die Aufgaben:
- Rechtliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Fachbereiche in allen rechtlichen Belangen, insbesondere der Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit den Schwerpunkten IP-Recht, Gesellschaftsrecht und Wettbewerbsrecht.
- Entwicklung juristischer Lösungen und Vertragswerke auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene.
- Vertretung unserer international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe souverän und überzeugend in juristischen Angelegenheiten (M&A-Prozesse, Vertragsverhandlungen, Rechtsstreitigkeiten, Betreuung der Gruppengesellschaften).
- Leitende Funktion in Vertragsverhandlungen, sowohl in deutscher, als auch in englischer Sprache.
- Vermittlung und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit unserer externen Anwälte mit den jeweiligen Unternehmensbereichen.
- Gestaltung der Weiterentwicklung unserer juristischen Strategien.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Voll- oder Wirtschaftsjurist.
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im IP-Recht, Gesellschaftsrecht und Wettbewerbsrecht.
- Verhandlungsgeschick und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anwalts- oder Unternehmensjustitiariat.
