Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate with representation function to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the store manager to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Ensure store displays and merchandise are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
