We are seeking a highly skilled HR Expert to join our team in the Decentralized Personnel Management department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to employee onboarding. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent, ensuring our organization remains competitive in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates
- Collaborate with department heads to create job postings that meet business needs
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
- Develop and maintain personnel records, including contracts and performance evaluations
- Provide HR support to department heads and employees, addressing any questions or concerns

**Requirements**
