Solution Manager for Enforcement SolutionsVITRONIC specializes in comprehensive traffic solutions across various applications, with a primary focus on road safety enforcement. We provide standardized end-to-end solutions that serve as a foundation for tailored customer projects in design and implementation.
As the Solution Manager for Enforcement Solutions, you will take global responsibility for segments of our enforcement solution portfolio, such as section speed enforcement. Your role encompasses managing solutions through all stages of the product management lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning of new solutions to lifecycle management and eventual phase-out. You will drive the development of market-oriented and competitive solutions that VITRONIC can offer to its international clientele. Additionally, you will act as the 'solution expert' for various departments (Sales, R&D, Service, Marketing, etc.), coordinating all activities related to the solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and positioning of enforcement solutions.
- Support the formulation of VITRONIC's platform product portfolio strategy.
- Manage segments of the platform product portfolio, including add-ons.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product planning.
- Stay updated on technological trends to maintain a competitive portfolio.
- Develop product strategies and create business plans and roadmaps.
- Translate user feedback and research into actionable product enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of product features.
- Coordinate product launches and releases.
- Support Sales in promoting the products.
- Define product-related services.
- Oversee continuous lifecycle management of products.
- Represent products at conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in the traffic technology sector.
- A background in both technical and economic fields (e.g., Industrial Engineering).
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and conceptual abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to align technical and business teams.
- Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Fluency in English is essential.
