Job Summary
As a key member of the KBR team, the Maintenance Mechanic Team Lead will provide leadership and guidance to Maintenance Mechanics, ensuring the successful execution of services and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in leading teams and managing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide input to identify key success factors for Maintenance Mechanics and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Lead the creation of organizational structure and processes required to execute maintenance services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, design data, and quality standards.
- Evaluate maintenance service execution for compliance with contract, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors.
- Develop and maintain short-range look ahead plans, discussing deviations with the General Foreman and ensuring timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Review and monitor cost and man-hour budgets for installation processes, developing equipment and tool requirement plans and reviewing them with the General Foreman.
