Position Overview

The Marketing Intern position is a three-month internship (student/unpaid) with the potential for a full-time role at Newcon thereafter.

As a member of an early-stage startup, you will engage in a variety of tasks. Your primary focus will be to assist in developing and enhancing an appealing product for our community. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team on strategic initiatives and create vibrant and innovative content for social media and other marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Here are some specific tasks you will regularly encounter:

  • Plan and generate content for diverse projects (product launches, social media, advertisements)
  • Lead the creative process at any stage, from brainstorming to execution, and manage your own projects.
  • Design captivating content for our social media platforms and devise creative formats and messaging
  • Identify digital trends, new formats, and channels to enhance our product and brand visibility
  • Oversee your projects from inception to launch
  • Support content creation, copywriting initiatives, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketing strategy
Candidate Profile

About You

  • Comfortable with — not just accepting — change and uncertainty.
  • Operate with transparency; able to articulate your thought process and decision-making.
  • Excellent communicator regarding design work and the rationale behind your proposals
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in social media
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude

  • Experience in a startup, agency, or similar fast-paced environment is advantageous
