About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing planning and implementation projects for biotechnological, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or related facilities and buildings. This will involve compiling and managing project teams, coordinating with external partners and suppliers, and supporting acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for project planning and implementation
  • Compilation and management of project teams
  • Coordination with external partners and suppliers
  • Support of acquisition activities
  • Participation in award negotiations
  • Planning and monitoring of process, HVAC, construction, and 3D planning
  • Scheduling and project controlling

Requirements

  • Completed studies in process engineering, bioengineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, supply engineering, or clean room technology
  • Experience in CAPEX projects, including refurbishments, brownfield, and greenfield projects
  • Several years of professional experience in investment project planning and execution
  • Fluent English and German (both written and spoken)
  • Team spirit, initiative, and commitment, with a high degree of flexibility
