Unlock Your Potential as a Cloud Infrastructure Planning Specialist

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Strategic Cloud Management team as a Cloud Infrastructure Planning Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on critical topics around cloud infrastructure planning, AI, and FinOps, driving strategic initiatives and collaborating closely with stakeholders from SAP Solution Areas, Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery, and our Hyperscaler Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to our cloud solution areas, building a detailed understanding of their infrastructure strategies and planning processes.
  • Support the development of infrastructure planning solutions and processes for new cloud platforms and technologies, including AI consumption demand.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy by analyzing various data sources and providing continuous improvements.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in the area of Cloud infrastructure planning, AI, and FinOps.
  • Collaborate closely with all major stakeholders from SAP Solution Areas, Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery, and our Hyperscaler Partners.
Requirements:
  • Experience with and willingness to dive deeper on cloud infrastructure, AI, and other technology topics.
  • Previous consulting experience, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to build strong relationships internally and with external partners.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems with an analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very strong motivation.
  • Cloud and/or ITIL certifications are a plus.
