Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to join our EMEA sales team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and Manage Complex Sales Processes: Oversee the full end-to-end (E2E) sales cycle, from lead inquiry to deal closure, with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions.
  • Develop and Engage with Qualified Leads: Identify and engage with B2B clients seeking advanced technological and technical products, nurturing leads and moving them efficiently through the sales pipeline.
  • Nurture and Expand Existing Accounts: Proactively foster long-term relationships with existing customers, focusing on their evolving technical needs to ensure growth and sustained satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Articulate Technological Value Propositions: Clearly communicate the value of complex technical products and services, ensuring prospects understand the competitive advantage and ROI.
  • Consult on Advanced Engineering Solutions: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through sophisticated engineering and technology-based solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Lead Customer Meetings and Technical Demonstrations: Regularly engage clients through detailed technical presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to ensure satisfaction and explore growth opportunities.
  • Manage Technical Sales Forecasts and Pipelines: Continuously track sales performance and pipelines, using advanced sales tools to forecast demand and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Attend Industry Trade Shows and Technical Events: Represent the company at high-profile industry events and trade shows, staying up to date on technological advancements while actively driving lead generation.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle, providing feedback to help refine product offerings.
  • Deliver Regular Customer Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Performance tuning: Ability to continuously track and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
  • B2B Sales: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
  • E2E Sales Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to final deal closure, with a focus on technical solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in selling advanced technical or technological products, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Goal-driven: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and determined to achieve high levels of success.
  • Tools: Proficiency in using advanced sales tools to track sales performance and forecast demand.
