About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Manager to join our Business Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute data migration plans across our Business Transformation program.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Management Lead, Data Governance team, Data Management Cluster Leads, business data specialists, and Data Quality Lead to develop and execute data migration plans.
- Develop data concepts and data mapping files throughout the life cycle of each deployment wave, preparing necessary activities according to the Migration Roadmap.
- Define and work on data migration dependencies throughout the migration phases.
- Support the BT deployment team in specifying data migration cutover activities.
- Work with external suppliers and coordinate planned deliverables with respective data owners within the BT program.
- Support project planning and management to ensure standard methodology and frameworks are followed with regards to the Data Migration Standards.
Your Profile
- Hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies with several years of professional experience.
- Have experience in leading a SAP Migration Project and functional or disciplinary leadership of (international) teams.
- Be able to develop and manage all aspects of the data effort, including plans, interdependencies, schedule, budget, and tools.
- Have knowledge of SAP Master and Transactional data with dependencies.
- Have strong knowledge of SAP Data Structures, SAP S/4 Migration, LTMC, LSMW, and SAP BODS.
- Have professional working proficiency in English; further language skills are beneficial.
