Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d) - Hybrid, der sich auf die Automatisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams bei Healy World GmbH werden Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erstellung und Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen, der Lohnabrechnung und der Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen spielen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von HR-Kennzahlen und Berichten: Entwicklung zyklischer HR-Kennzahlen, Forecasts und Ad-hoc-Reports; Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines Data Warehouses für HR-Daten
  • Personalkostenplanung und Lohnabrechnung: Begleitung der jährlichen Personalkosten- und Budgetplanung sowie Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohnabrechnung für Deutschland und das Ausland
  • Automatisierung und Prozessentwicklung: Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Team zur Automatisierung von Workflows und Entwicklung von Prozessen zur Förderung von Nachhaltigkeit und Effizienz
  • HR-Systemmanagement: Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung des HR-Systems Personio an die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens; Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen und Betreuung operativer HR-Themen
  • HR-Projektunterstützung: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung verschiedener HR-Projekte sowie der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Arbeitszeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Fachwissen: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalbereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld; fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohnabrechnung und der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Tools: Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Software und Datenanalysetools, starkes Zahlenverständnis
  • Persönliche Kompetenzen: Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, sowie eine kontinuierliche Suche nach effizienten Lösungen zur Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Soziale Kompetenzen: Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist und hohe Diskretion; fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
