Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician (m/w/d) to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of safety and security systems, including fire alarm and video surveillance systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on safety and security systems
• Install and configure new systems, including fire alarm and video surveillance systems
• Conduct site visits to ensure systems are functioning properly
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Collaborate with customers to identify and address system issues

About You

• Electrotechnical education or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technical tools
• Experience with safety and security systems, including fire alarm and video surveillance systems
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
