Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Wir suchen Sie für die selbstständige Durchführung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten, einschließlich Angebotseinholung, Verhandlung und Bestellabwicklung.
  • Identifikation potenzieller Lieferanten und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen.
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung von Waren und Dienstleistungen.
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Spezifikationen.
  • Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation von Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten zur Kosteneinsparung und Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um die Anforderungen an den Einkauf zu verstehen und zu erfüllen.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Lieferanteninformationen und Einkaufsdaten in internen Systemen.
Ihre Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf/Supply Chain oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, vorzugsweise in einem industrienahen Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Erfahrung mit Einkaufssoftware.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
