About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader - Administration to join our team at TSR Recycling GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and proper administration of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop assigned team members, allocate tasks, and manage schedules to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the proper administration of warehouse operations, including the creation of weigh bills and outgoing documents, and the maintenance of records in the warehouse system.
  • Financial Management: Support cash register/weighing scales with material weighing, recording, and processing, and prepare cash reconciliations, handle invoices, credit notes, and billing disputes.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analyses to support business decisions and assist the Branch Manager in daily operations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Successfully completed commercial professional training or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: First professional experience, ideally in team leadership.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS-Office applications, with a reliable, structured, and independent work style.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly team and service-oriented, strong leadership qualities, and organizational skills.
