About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Performance Analyst to join our team at Hyundai Motor Europe. As a CRM Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our B2C/B2B CRM performances across 11+ Pan-EU markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain CRM Standard Processes: Create and maintain standardized CRM processes and rules for EU markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all regions.
  • CRM Framework Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the CRM framework, including customer journey, lifecycle, and other relevant concepts.
  • CRM Activity Analysis: Analyze CRM-related activities, processes, and rules to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer interactions.
  • Research and Benchmarking: Conduct research and benchmarking to provide insights on CRM trends in Pan-EU markets, informing strategic decisions and best practices.
  • Communication and Campaign Management: Manage and upgrade standard communication and campaign assets in the CRM platform, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
  • Project Management Support: Participate in project management as a CRM stakeholder, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • KPI Design and Monitoring: Design and monitor integrated CRM-related KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Assess CRM communication and campaign plans, analyzing actual performances and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Create regular reports and presentations for teams, providing clear and concise insights on CRM performance.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with CRM platform managers and IT managers to enhance features and processes, and develop training materials as needed.
  • Communication and Event Planning: Plan and facilitate official communication and events between CRM teams in different business units and markets.

About You:

  • Education and Experience: Degree or equivalent education with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CRM data analysis and performance metrics, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • CRM Knowledge: Good understanding of general CRM trends and cases in Pan-EU markets, customer lifecycle stages, including sales and aftersales processes.
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Siebel.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Ability to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
