Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in planning, marketing, and implementing personalized marketing measures for our partners. You will also conceptualize new campaign ideas and marketing offers, work with internal and external interfaces, and analyze key figures to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, marketing, and implementation of personalized marketing measures for PAYBACK partners.
  • Conceptualize new campaign ideas and marketing offers.
  • Work with internal and external interfaces, such as agencies.
  • Analyze key figures to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Carry out performance reviews and create evaluations.
  • Support special projects related to conception and implementation.

Requirements

  • Currently studying business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, carefully, and in a structured manner.
  • Creative, team player, and communicative.
  • High affinity for new media and experience in digital marketing is a plus.
