Lead Consultant in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) (m/f/d)

As part of our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, you will provide advisory services to internationally operating clients throughout the entire operational process of corporate transactions, as well as in strategic and financial matters.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to strategically advance the M&A sector, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Engage in transaction advisory for acquisitions and divestitures within national and international teams for prominent clients.
  • Develop optimal strategic positioning for companies in preparation for a sales process.
  • Manage and oversee specific processes within a transaction, including the preparation of relevant process documentation.
  • Conduct Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and multiple valuation methods, along with market, industry, and company analyses.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients.
Your Profile
  • As a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in M&A, you hold a degree in business administration or a related field with a keen interest in economic contexts.
  • You have accumulated several years of professional experience, including at least 2-3 years in transaction advisory.
  • You possess strong financial acumen and may hold additional qualifications such as CFA or a doctorate.
  • Your structured thinking enables you to identify complex interrelations and solve problems creatively.
  • You are fluent in both German and English and are willing to travel.
  • International experience is advantageous for providing optimal advice to our global clients.
