We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Therapy Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our team at the Klinik Schmieder in Stuttgart. As a key member of our therapy planning department, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling therapy sessions for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule therapy sessions for patients, including physiotherapy, ergotherapy, logopaedics, and neuropsychology
- Ensure optimal utilization of therapeutic resources and minimize downtime
- Develop and maintain accurate patient plans and treatment schedules
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- 3-year training as a medical assistant, nurse, or in a related field
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
