What We're Looking For
  • First experience in the production sector, preferably with a strong understanding of quality control processes
  • Availability for shift work, including rotating shifts, with high motivation and reliability
  • Conscientious handling of materials and equipment
  • Proficiency in German language, both verbal and written
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting products before forwarding to shipping to ensure quality standards are met
  • Conducting quality control checks to identify and address any issues
  • Labeling and documenting error patterns to improve processes
