Data Center Security Manager

A100 ROW GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Infrastructure Operations team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to our Data Center Infrastructure Operations team across FRA Cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Protect Sensitive Data and Assets: Monitor data in motion, in use, and at rest to ensure the security and integrity of our cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and Manage Data Loss Prevention Technologies: Implement and manage data loss prevention technologies for on-premises access control and CCTV systems, including experience with the LENEL Access Control & Alarm Monitoring System.
- Write Reports and Communicate with Management: Write reports and communicate with management on the status of physical security operations, including new security construction or retrofit projects.
- Manage the Security P&L: Manage the security profit and loss for assigned sites, assist management with financial analysis, and contribute to financial decisions for security requirements.
- Execute Compliance Processes: Execute established compliance processes with AWS policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Direct Work with Contract Guard Force: Direct work with contract guard force to run daily data center operations.
- Triage Events and Assess Suspicious Activities: Triage events and assess suspicious activities related to data loss.
- Support Incident Response Teams: Support Incident Response teams in data loss-related investigations.
- Map Data Security Flow Diagrams: Map data security flow diagrams to provide visibility on where sensitive data lies and how it's adequately secured.
- Reviews and Analyzes Complex Data: Reviews and analyzes complex data and information to provide insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
