Electrical Repair Engineer

Position Overview:
The Electrical Service Engineering division is a vital component of our Global Service Engineering framework. With a longstanding commitment to the repair of electrical assemblies, this department focuses on minimizing CO2 emissions, enhancing spare parts availability, and achieving cost savings.
We are in search of a dedicated Electrical Engineer (m/w/d) specializing in Repair Applications to contribute to our repair team, which includes both internal workshop personnel and external subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and oversee the execution of repair strategies for electrical components, collaborating closely with both internal and external engineering teams. Work in tandem with Spare Parts Management and Engineering to guarantee the effective development and implementation of global repair services. Analyze demand and develop business cases to foster growth and improvement in the repair sector. Generate regular reports concerning your responsibilities, including cost-saving achievements and project development progress. Assist in the formulation of global supply strategies and pricing models for repaired components.Candidate Profile:
A degree in electrical engineering; additional qualifications in business administration are advantageous. Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering or a related field within the wind repair sector. Strong comprehension of repair methodologies and processes relevant to the industry. Self-driven and results-focused, with exceptional planning and prioritization capabilities. Proven ability to lead teams with a clear vision, fostering motivation and supporting professional growth. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, capable of delivering clear presentations to diverse audiences. Proficient in providing technical guidance to employees, clients, external suppliers, and key stakeholders. Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe and occasionally internationally.
