Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Technician (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing fully automated production equipment, troubleshooting issues in the production area, and optimizing control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and service fully automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues in the production area to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Optimize control processes to improve production efficiency and quality
• Manage technical building systems to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Assist with construction projects to support the growth and development of our production facilities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production systems and processes to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Mechatronics Technician, or similar qualification
• Knowledge of drive and control technology (PLC - Siemens Step 7 and TIA) is advantageous
• Self-motivated, independent, and systematic work style
• Team player, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn
• Willingness to work in shifts
