We are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) in Bremen to oversee maintenance, repairs, and process documentation on a full-time, permanent basis.
Electrical Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) - Maintenance, Repairs, Process DocumentationYour Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and engage in maintenance operations and the commissioning of machinery and equipment, including CNC milling machines and SLM machines.
- Analyze and enhance maintenance workflows and spare parts management to reduce costs and improve the functionality and availability of all machinery and equipment.
- Evaluate and optimize maintenance tasks in accordance with TPM, defining and executing strategies for preventive maintenance.
- Document all completed tasks thoroughly.
- Systematically gather and analyze operational data, KPIs (OEE, OTiF), and provide evaluation, visualization, and reporting.
Your Profile:
- A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, along with relevant experience in the field.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices for CNC production machinery.
- Strong grasp of process metrics and reporting methodologies.
- Proficient in MS-Office and ERP systems.
- A collaborative team player with a dependable and autonomous work ethic.
