Position: CNC Operator

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, operating on a 3-shift system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machining centers with Siemens 840c or 840d SL controls in a 3-shift system.
• Ensure quality control of workpieces based on production drawings, inspection plans, and work instructions.
• Prepare workpieces for subsequent processing in the painting department.
• Update production orders in the ERP system.
• Transport workpieces using a forklift, if qualified and necessary.
• Perform rework on workpieces as required.
• Maintain and care for machinery.

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a machining mechanic specializing in milling or turning technology, or in a related mechanical field with relevant experience in CNC machining.
• Possession of a crane operator's license.
• Possession of a forklift operator's license.
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written, including technical terminology.
• Clear and logical communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• High motivation, reliability, and the ability to handle physical and mental demands.
