We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at DB Cargo Eurasia GmbH in Berlin as a Customer Service Representative for International Rail Freight.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients who transport international containers on the Eurasian corridor.
- You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless door-to-door service and provide support to our clients and partners in case of irregularities or delays.
- You will maintain close communication with our colleagues in Zugmanagement to ensure smooth operations.
- You will be responsible for reviewing documents (completeness, customs, etc.) and performing other administrative tasks such as invoicing trains.
Your Profile:
- You are currently enrolled in a Master's program in Transportation Science, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on Transport and Logistics.
- You have a strong interest in working in the international rail freight industry and have experience with international rail containers, sea freight containers, or truck containers.
- You are a problem-solver who can find the best solution for our clients.
- You possess a structured and solution-oriented approach, as well as excellent teamwork, communication, and performance skills.
- You are fluent in English and German and can express yourself clearly in writing.
