Job Profile
VistaJet GmbH, a leading provider of private aviation services, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as a Business Administration and Tourism Apprentice. As part of our dynamic and motivated team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and develop your skills in a fast-paced and exciting industry.
Your Responsibilities
- General clerical work and data entry
- Writing and checking invoices and preparing order confirmations
- Correspondence in German and English language
- Organisation of daily office operations
- For the area of Tourism; booking flights for our crews, overviewing the crew schedule and communicating with crews on a regular basis
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Excellent school-leaving certificate or A-levels
- Excellent IT skills and a confident handling of MS Office
- Fluent written and spoken in both German and English
- Another foreign language besides English is an advantage
- Professional manners and strong communication skills
- High flexibility and maximum creativity
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
